When she's not working, Nicole can be found hiking or spending time with her baby niece.

Haley is a skilled professional with a BS in Psychology from Tulane University. Her background in psychology and passion for people have driven her to excel in the world of recruitment, where she specializes in connecting individuals with mission-driven companies and roles that align with their passions and values. Outside of work, Haley is an animal lover who enjoys spending time training her extra large (and extra stubborn) pup. She also enjoys trying out new recipes with fresh ingredients from her garden.

As an administrative assistant, Avery Simning supports the TechSprig team by ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Avery is also pursuing her business degree and is determined to continue her growth and development in the industry.
